Welcome to my website! I am P.C. Saidalavi. I work as an assistant professor at the department of Sociology in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Shiv Nadar University, Delhi-NCR. I joined the department in August 2022. I finished my PhD in Anthropology from the Australian National University, Canberra, Australia in September 2022.

I consider myself a cultural anthropologist with a background in Sociology, literary and cultural studies. As an early career researcher and award-wining interdisciplinary Scholar, Speaker and Author, I am broadly interested in issues of Inequalities, Social Justice and Anthropology of Religion, Islam, Sufism and South Asia.
